FREE Food Systems Dinner and Presentation for students!

The food system isn’t failing by accident—it’s doing exactly what it was designed to do: prioritize profit, scale, and efficiency over people, workers, and the planet. On campus, this shows up as expensive meal plans, corporate contracts, limited choice, greenwashed sustainability claims, and persistent food insecurity.

This presentation pulls back the curtain on how power, and corporate control shape what—and who—gets fed. We’ll dig into why student-led, community-rooted food projects offer more resilient, equitable alternatives.

If you’ve ever felt like campus food doesn’t work for you, this is about more than lunch—it’s about systems, power, and collective change.

Come for a quick and visual presentation and stay for a free community dinner for our participants!
