The special edition of this free dinner event is hosted by the Spinach Collective, PASU Concordia and Sankofa Cooperative drawing on family recipes and cultural staples from the Ethiopian region.
Spinach Collective Dinner Club
The Spinach Collective offers free vegetarian, family-style dinners twice a month, which are open to everyone. Some events offer skill sharing activities or live music.
No registration is required. Volunteers are invited to help cook the meal together at the People’s Potato Kitchen, but you will need to message the collective on Instagram to join the cooking sessions.
Join the dinners at the Art Nook, on the 7th floor of the Hall Building, at 1455 de Maisonneuve West.
