“learn how to inoculate hardwood logs with mycelium inoculated plugs. log cultivation is extremely beginner friendly! an inoculated log may take about a year to “colonize” and bear fruit, but then will produce perennial mushroom yields in the spring & fall for 3-5 years. we will have plugs for sale (lions mane, shiitake, & blue oyster) post-workshop so you can get started growing mushrooms at home right away 🍄🟫🪵”
