The wine and cider workshop includes: learning how to ferment fruits into alcohol, two wine tasting of homemade wines, we will make two big batches of wine and cider together, the workshop facilitator will provide everyone a 1L jar, fancy fermenter top and, a packet of yeast to bring home. participants will leave the workshop with a bottle of wine that’s fermenting, the reusable fermenting container (can also be used to ferment sauerkraut, pickles, and more!), and the knowledge to make cider at home again and again.
